Simply fill in the card application form online or order a form from the Ringhotels Service Centre. Application forms are also available directly at all Ringhotels establishments. You will find your personal RinghotelsCard number in your profile. Every Ringhotel can find you under this number in our systems and book the rings you have collected. If you would like a RinghotelsCard in physical form, simply contact us. Holders of the RinghotelsCard Silver and the RinghotelsCard Gold will automatically receive their card.
Yes, sign in on the Ringhotels website with your username and password. There you can also print out your account statement yourself. If you wish, we can also send it to you by post. The delivery is free of charge for holders of the RinghotelsCard Silver and the RinghotelsCard Gold.
Upon presentation of your RinghotelsCard, you can earn rings at every Ringhotel when you book accommodation for at least one night's stay. You will earn 3 premium rings and 3 status rings for every 10 EUR spent on accommodation and food and beverage. Rings are only allocated when you settle your bill in the hotel - please present your Ringhotelscard at any time during your stay. As outlined in the terms and conditions, it is not permitted to claim Ringhotels rings retroactively.
By transactions of other guests we mean transactions that are not personally made without external ancillary services and third-party providers (e.g. visitor's tax, travel vouchers, booking portals). This means, for example, group stays and family events. Holders of the RinghotelsCard receive premium rings for up to € 3,000.00. With the RinghotelsCard Silver it is valid up to € 6,000.00 and with the RinghotelsCard Gold up to € 9,000.00.
You can order the awards on our website. Simply sign in online with your username and password. Or contact our Ringhotels Service Centre on + 49 89 - 45 87 03 - 50 directly. For hotel benefits, the Service Centre will check availability at your hotel of choice for the dates requested and will make the reservation for you directly if available. You will receive a written confirmation thereafter. Upon arrival at the hotel, please present this confirmation. Then you can simply switch off and relax.
For the RinghotelsCard Silver you need 800 status rings. With 1200 status rings you will receive the RinghotelsCard Gold. Your status is determined every beginning of the year (1st of January) on basis of your prior years turnover. If you collected enough rings you can see the Silver or Gold Status in your online profile 1st of January. The physical card will reach you with mail. It is not possible to skip a status. You can only reach Gold Status if you had Silver before.
The RinghotelsCard Silver is valid for two calendar years, the RinghotelsCard Gold for three calender years.
If you hold your RinghotelsCard Silver Status for six years or your RinghotelsCrad for nine years you will receive a Liftime Status for your RinghotelsCard Silver or your RinghotelsCard Gold.
Fill in your date of birth into your personal profile and get birthday rings if you reached Silver Status.
You can receive bonus rings if you have a certain status or for special campaigns. Bonus rings will be credited to your account and expire depending on the card status.
No, unfortunately you cannot currently collect rings abroad. However, you can convert your collected rings into reward vouchers and redeem them at our partner hotels!
