We will introduce you to the various treatment options and show you how you can relax in our sauna area. In the evening, we will get you in the mood for your wellness stay with a vitality menu prepared from fresh, regional ingredients. The next day you will have plenty of time to relax in our saunas, brine steam bath and swimming pool. This package includes a back massage in which the blood circulation, metabolism and immune system are stimulated by targeted touches. During the Mare Balticum ceremony, a full-body treatment in the warm tepidarium, you apply a sea salt peeling with algae oil, a healing chalk wrap and algae gel from the Baltic Sea to your body after prior instruction.
